People often fall in love with a product because of its unexpected details. Meeting product expectations is great – but profoundly boring. Unexpected By Design focuses on the intersection of strategy and user experience, finding unexpected details that make people passionate about a product and working through the end-to-end strategic elements so valuable to a company’s success – but often “Unexpected By Design” as a discipline.
